Is there a set-up fee for embroidery? |
| |
a. If you order 36 pieces or more right now, there is no set-up fee as long as your logo is 12,000 stitches or less.
b. On less than 36 pieces, there will be an initial set-up fee of approximately $100-150 for a specific logo. Once this design is set-up, you can use it on any embroidered item and you will not incur any further set-up fees.
c. If you use a stock design from our book, there will not be a digitizing fee.

What is the turn-around time for an embroidery order? |

a. For a new embroidery order (logo hasn’t been set-up yet), the turn-around time is approximately 3 weeks total – 1 week for digitizing and 2 weeks for embroidery. |

Can I mix different items to achieve a higher quantity price break? |
| |
a. Different shirt styles and jacket styles can be mixed, however caps must be embroidered as a separate order. |

What type of format does my logo need to be in so that it can be digitized? |

a. A jpeg file is preferred – either e-mailed to us or on a CD. |
| 5. |
Can I supply my own items for embroidery? |
| |
a. Yes, we can embroider customer-supplied items, however we are not responsible for any damage to your items during the embroidery process. |

Can I order different shirt colors and change the color of the embroidery for each color? |
| |
a. Yes – as long as the design does not change, there is no additional charge to switch thread colors from one item color to the next. |

Do I need to have the exact design that I would like on the shirts, or can you come up with something for me? |
| |
a. We have in-house graphic artists who can set-up a design for you if you do not have an exact design. We will develop a proof for you to approve before we start digitizing. |
